It was worth its 3 stars. Wanted to explore Patzcuaro and this hotel was great place for doing it. Booked table at Dona Paca, it's their onsite restaurant🙂👌
Tbh, rooms were small.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city center. The location is simply unbeatable, right on the square and within walking distance of everything you need. The attention to detail here is superb, from the beautifully tiled bathrooms to the spa-like towels and complimentary toiletries. And if that wasn't enough, the rooms with a balcony overlooking the plaza are an absolute treat. It's like having your own private oasis.
No improvements needed - everything was perfect!

We had an amazing time staying in this hotel with its great location on the covered sidewalk outside the square. Everything was so convenient being right in the city center. We loved having breakfast in the beautiful dining room or right on the lovely main square. the room was one of the best parts, with comfortable accommodations, clean bathroom, and excellent service. the comfortable seating area and great terrace on the top floor and well-maintained balcony facing the plaza were also great bonuses.
Some of the rooms in the hotel weren't as soundproof as we'd hoped, which made it a bit hard to sleep at times.

Perfect city center location with a great view of a lively square. Spotless room with a large bathroom and strong wifi. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcomed. We enjoyed watching the vibrant street festivals from our comfortable room.
The bed could have been more comfortable for a better night's sleep. Street noise and festivities could be heard from our room, but we weren't bothered by it.

The room rate was originally double, but after we protested, the manager charged us the correct rate. The location is perfect, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is very quiet, and if you get a room facing inward, you won't hear any outside noise. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is simply amazing, situated right on the square in the heart of this city. It was so convenient being able to walk everywhere or easily catch transportation on the covered sidewalk outside. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, especially the bathrooms/showers. The staff were always helpful and provided great breakfast options.
All was perfect.
